Abstract

Socio-economic facilities are society support to carry out socio-economic in their daily activities. Ease and availability access to socio-economic facilities will affect land value High land values reflect low land price in area. Class land values obtained from overlay landuse, positive accessibility, negative accessibility, and completeness public utilities. This condition is the research background, research analysis of the distribution of socio-economic facilities that affect the land value in Jatisrono Subdistrict area, which aims: (1) Analyzing out socio-economic facilities distribution in Jatisrono District, (2) Analyzing out land values distribution in Jatisrono District, and (3) Analyzing socio-economic facilities that effect on land value in Jatisrono District. Research method extracting data remote sensing to obtain digital data on land value parameters, such as land use, positive accessibility, negative accessibility, and location points for socio-economic facilities. Analytical method used is an overlay method with a tiered quantitative approach. Results showed socio-economic facilities distribution are widely available in Gunungsari village, Jatisrono, Jatisari, Tanjungsari, and Pandeyan because the village there is good accessibility. Lowest facilities distribution is in the Pelem village with a total of 18 facilities, village location far from center of government and subdistrict economy makes the village has few socio-economic facilities. Classification Results land values are divided into four classes, namely land value is very high, high, medium, and low. Analysis results show that the block which has a high value of land is in blocks 5 and 6. Land values were found in blocks 2,4,13, and 20 of each block is not equipped facilities as well as on land-value block high or very high. Low land values are found in block area 1,3,8,9,10,11,14,16,17,18,19 the more incomplete facilities owned by each block, the lower the land value. Socio-economic facilities located on land values low number of 73 are scattered in the block above, the amount vary much with the number of socio-economic facilities located on land values are very high.
