Abstract
Economic development can not be separated from the role of humans in managing it. Humans are labor, input development, are also consumers of the results of development itself. This study aims to analyze the employment sector contribution represented by the number of Labor, Education Levels, Human Development Index (HDI) and the Open Unemployment Rate of the Central Sulawesi Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression with the object of observation of all Regencies / Cities in Central Sulawesi for three years (2015-2017). Based on the results of the Chow test and Hausman test, the best model chosen is the Rundom Effect Model (REM). Based on the results of the validity test (t test) at the significance level (α) of 0.10. Labor and HDI variables have a positive and significant effect on the GRDP of Central Sulawesi Province, the Open Unemployment Rate variable has a negative and significant effect on the GRDP of Central Sulawesi Province, while the Education Level variable does not significantly influence the Central Sulawesi Province GRDP in 2015-2017.
