Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of communication satisfaction as a mediation between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This study used 96 respondents who were employees at Boyolali Primary Tax Office. Testing and analysis using linear regression and path analysis. The results of testing the validity and reliability that have been done are all valid and reliable variables. Based on the results of regression analysis and path analysis, it was concluded that organizational justice significantly had a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior by being partially mediated by communication satisfaction with a coefficient of determination (Rsquare) of 68.7% and the remaining 31.3% influenced by other variables which is not examined. Implication from this study that employees who feel they are treated fairly will be motivated to perform OCB behavior when employee information requirements are met by accurate and adequate sources of communication.
