Abstract

The Islamic economy is an important part of the current global economy. There are several sectors of the Islamic economy that continue to grow. Namely culinary, Islamic finance, industry, insurance, fashion, cosmetics, pharmacy, entertainment, and tourism. One of the Islamic economic sectors that experienced significant growth was tourism, especially sharia tourism. Tourism continues to experience extraordinary developments from the conventional to the direction of fulfilling the lifestyle. The presence of General Besar Sudirman Airport helped boost the investment climate in Purbalingga. Including the opening of the Trans Java toll road, which is one of the exit tolls in Pemalang Regency, which is adjacent to Purbalingga. The presence of hotels with the Sharia concept can erase the bad perception in the community which often considers the hotel as a place of immorality. Because the hotel concept of sharia uses Islamic Sharia Law as a reference for carrying out its operations which until now does not yet exist in Purbalingga.
