Abstract

Abstract Everyone has a phase of life that each will be different to achieve the purpose of his life. Someone will have a variety of reasons to traverse with a variety of options to reach the goal, such as in a manner that complies with the norm or in a manner that violates the applicable norm. The reason and the goal will push from the inside of a person to perform an act. Someone who attended a shortcut to reach the goal will be compelled do by way of breaking from the norm. The actions violated the norms of the closer a person is to be compelled to do evil, especially the crime of murder. The murder is one of the consequences of aggressive behavior with a variety of diverse motivations. This research focuses on the murder convict crime because it is a crime against the backdrop of the most complex. The purpose of this research was to understand the motivation of crimes on inmate murder case. The method used was qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Engineering data collection using a semi structured interview as much as approximately 25 questions. Participants of research consists of 4 prisoners with characteristic (a) inmate lapas class IIA Sragen (b) aged 18-35 years (c) sex male (d) has a background of murder case (e) convicts penalties has been decided 3 years and over (f) does not have a mental disorder that weight (g) willing to become informants. The results of the research there are 4 informant convicts have various motivations for committing the crime of murder. The motivation among others the existence of jealousy, heartache, and the emotion of a moment. From the study it can be concluded the majority of murder cases of internal motivation based on the event will be supported by a particular situation giving rise to the emotion of a moment on each informant.
