Abstract

In everyday life people need income or capital and transportation to sustain their lives. Many need transportation for their daily activities in earning income, among them there are those who do not have enough capital to buy or use transportation and they choose an easy financing to get capital and goods, namely leasing. This research explains about the implementation of leasing at Koperasi Sopir Transportasi Solo (KOSTI SOLO). In terms of practices that occour outside of leasing are very different from the actual leasing system and regulations, KOSTI SOLO uses the Owner Operator System and in terms of financing techniques using a leasing system, but not all financing techniques use a leasing system because KOSTI SOLO is a cooperative whose welfare is bassed on family.
