Abstract
ABSTRACT Tidore Kepulauan City has an integrated tourist area, namely Tugulufa Beach which is a coastal development project in the form of coastal reclamation and its location is close to the center of community activities. In a report on the change of Diklatpim III Project XIII 2016 project which wrote that, coral reefs on the Tugulufa coast in 2015 showed that the condition of the coral reefs was damaged or critical, the Tidore city government therefore made an activity to develop a change project about building community participation in reef rehabilitation activities coral and while maintaining the sustainability of the coast. The Tidore Islands government launched Marine Tourism with the theme "Feeding Fish" based conservation tourism in the Tugulufa Coast region, but according to Dan Roberts (2018) Feeding fish or feeding fish in a marine reserve is a disruption to marine life and fish. The location of Tugulufa Beach is now not arranged and cared for. Therefore, Tugulufa Beach is designed by considering regional regulations and natural damage, which intends to invite every visitor to take care of nature. So Tugulufa Beach was designed with the To Ado Re Marine Station and Waterfront Area besides providing supporting facilities for tourism, sports and culinary needs, there is also a marine laboratory building, also intending to invite every visitor to look after nature. The facilities in To Ado Re Marine Station and Waterfront Area are building restaurants, toilets, management offices and mosques made with bamboo materials and also there are laboratory buildings that can maintain and control the coral reefs in that location. So this place is expected to be the center of attention that has communicative, creative and innovative values. Keywords: Tugulufa Beach, To Ado Re Marine Station and Waterfront Area, bamboo.
