Factors of influence of prosocial behavior consist of dominant factors that encourage the development of prosocial behavior namely responsibility (the awareness of the need to help each other), mood (emphaty), and religiousness. While, factors that hinder prosocial behavior through social media consist of limited resources (time, power, distance, financial, the person in concern, passion and unclear information), and data cap, mood and support (shy, fearful, and lazy). The common forms of prosocial behavior through social media are direct messages, voice notes, telephone, video call, status or story update, personal and group broadcast, information sharing or retweeting, and donating.
