Abstract

Fitness is one of the modern sports, in Indonesia this sport is sufficient for rapid progress. This was responded very well, namely more and more places or fitness centers were established in major cities in Indonesia. From above and above who are very fond of this sport. And most of them are young people, because fitness is considered effective and efficient enough to improve the body after daily routine. With the concept of Green Architecture that is expected to optimize the use of energy by utilizing energy that comes from nature (Energy of nature) and combined with high technology (High technology performance). If this concept can improve the patterns of community life, it can also be used to improve the situation in the busy life or daily routine for people in the city of Solo.
