Abstract
The purpose of this research was to improve the ability of the creative thinking of mathematics students on the material set Class VII A SMP N 3 Sawit, Boyolali through learning model Giving Question And Getting the Answer. This type of research is the research action class (PTK). Data collection techniques using sheets of observation, field notes sheets, tests, and documentation. Data analysis using the techniques of data collection, data reduction, withdrawal, and a set of conclusions. The results showed an increase in the ability of the creative thinking of Mathematics with indicator: 1.) the ability to generate many answers before the completion of the action of 15.6% and after the action of 54.8%. 2.) the ability to give different answers to the same problem of sebelun action of 25%, and after the action of 58.1%. 3.) the ability to menghasilakan strategies (solution) 18.8% of actions before and after the action of 41.9%. 4.) the ability to respond with a detailed and properly before the action of 15.6% and after the action of 48.4%.
