Abstract

Subang is a district in Tatar Pasundan, West Java province, Indonesia. The capital is Subang. The regency borders the Java Sea in the north, Indramayu Regency in the east, Sumedang Regency in the southeast, West Bandung Regency in the south, and Purwakarta and Karawang Regencies in the west. Subang Subdistrict is a sub-district which is also the center of government (capital city) of Subang Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia. Subang pedataran tofograpi up to 70% corrugated, corrugated to hilly 20%, hilly to 10% mountainous with a height of 144 meters above sea level. A place or place that is devoted to gathering the elderly with their family or friends with supporting facilities such as sewing, embroidery, dancing, singing, sports, mutual reflection, etc. As a Container for Gathering and Caring for the Elderly, it is intended to be a gathering place or reunion of friends the elderly. Not only gathering, this place is also a place for families who entrust the elderly, places to care for the elderly with joy, a place to make the elderly more cared for. For neglected elderly people can also be treated at Happy Nursing Home. Planning a design concept for Happy Nursing Home with the psychological approach of the elderly in the city of Subang that can provide happiness for the elderly with emphasis on Islamic architecture. The design of Happy Nursing Home is expected to provide benefits to various groups, including providing comfort to the elderly and visitors, providing peace for the elderly, providing a sense of calm and happiness for the elderly, providing recreational facilities for the elderly.
