Abstract

Anemia in pregnancy is a condition with hemoglobin levels <11 gr% in the 1st and 3rd trimesters or Hb levels <10.5 gr% in the second trimester. Healthy reproduction age is between 20 - 35 years of age. Preterm increases at <20 years and> 35 years. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between anemia, maternal age, history of multipara pregnancy with the incidence of preterm labor. The method used in this study used a cross-sectional study design and was conducted in December 2018 at the RSUD dr. Soeselo, Tegal Regency. The sample in the study amounted to 106 respondents obtained using non probability sampling techniques with consecutive sampling technique. The data used in the secondary data is the data obtained from the results of the medical recap on January 1, 2016 - December 31, 2017. Data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate, multivariate tests. The Chi square test results showed that there was a relationship between anemia and the incidence of preterm delivery in dr. Soeselo Tegal Regency with a p-value of 0.047. There is a relationship between the age of the mother and the incidence of preterm labor in RSUD dr. Soeselo Tegal Regency with a p-value of 0.035. There is a relationship between the history of multiparous pregnancy and the incidence of preterm delivery in the RSUD dr. Soeselo Tegal Regency with a p-value of 0.028. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between the age of the mother and the incidence of preterm labor.
