Abstract

Academic stres is a combination obtained from student perceptions of knowledge that must be obtained but not supported by sufficient time to get it. Anxiety disorders occur in part due to the interaction of biopsychosocial factors, including genetic susceptibility that interacts with certain conditions, trauma or stres which results in meaningful clinical syndromes. Someone is said to be accomplished, if someone has achieved something the results of what he tried, either because of the results of learning, working, or practicing skills in a particular field. Achievement is the real result of the peak of developing self potential. To find out the relationship between stres levels and anxiety with student learning achievements at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta. This study used a cross-sectional study design and was conducted in November 2018 at the Medical Faculty of Surakarta Muhammadiyah University. The amount of research subjects was 65 respondents taken by random sampling technique. data on stres and anxiety levels were taken using the DASS-42 questionnaire, and the learning achievement data used the value of the Musculoskeletal Block Examination. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results of the chi square test found that there was a relationship between stress levels and learning achievement (p = 0.001), there was no correlation between anxiety with learning achievement (p = 0.077), and multivariate logistic regression OR values (exp.B) constant of 0.177 were positive so stress and anxiety level variables affect the respondent's learning achievement. There is a significant relationship between stres levels and learning achievement while there is no significant relationship between anxiety and learning achievement, in the multivariate test there is significant relationship between stres levels and anxiety with learning achievement
