Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) The effect of learning motivation and learning facilities together on Accounting learning outcomes, (2) The effect of learning motivation on Accounting learning outcomes, (2) The effect of learning facilities on Accounting learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative study with a study population of 105 students. The study sample was 83 students who were determined by the Slovin formula. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. Questionnaire data collection techniques and documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that: (1) There is a significant influence between motivation and 2 learning facilities on the learning outcomes of Accounting for grade XI students at the Jenawi State Vocational High School 2017/2018 academic year. Motivational variables and learning facilities influence 62.41% on Accounting learning outcomes. While the sis is 37.59% in other variables not included in the study; (2) Learning motivation variables significantly have a positive effect on Accounting learning outcomes of class XI students at the Jenawi Vocational School 2017/2018 academic year. This shows that learning motivation is able to improve accounting learning outcomes. Learning motivation provides a relative contribution of 35% and an effective contribution of 56.07% to the learning outcomes of Accounting; and (3) Learning facility variables significantly have a positive effect on Accounting learning outcomes of class XI students at the Jenawi Vocational School 2017/2018 academic year. This shows that learning facilities are able to improve accounting learning outcomes. Learning facilities provide a relative contribution of 65% and an effective contribution of 40.56% to Accounting learning outcomes.
