Abstract

In the test, the largest amount of depreciationis in the in-gate 5 mm is 3.09%, followed by the 10 mm in-gate at 0.83%, and the smallest depreciation is in the 2,5 mm in-gate is 0.3%. At the density value, the biggest density value at the 10 mm ingate is 3,25, then 2,5 mm at 2,84, and the smallest value at 5 mm in-gate at 2,8. Chemical structure testing using a spectrometer obtained five dominant chemical elements, namely aluminium (Al) 83.05%, Si 14.3%, Fe 1.54%, Zn 0.486, Cu 0.111%. The hardness test used brinell hardness test obtained the highest hardness value at the 10 mm with a 10 mm of 103.85 BHN, followed by the 5 mm in-gate 105.5 BHN, and the smallest value in the 2,5 mm in-gate at 83,9 BHN.
