Abstract
Impact of anemia on daughters is that growth is inhibited, the body during times of easy infection can result in reduced learning enthusiasm and decreased performance. The low status of iron causes anemia with pale symptoms, fatigue, shortness of breath, and lack of appetite and impaired growth. The intake of protein in the body greatly helps the absorption of iron, so proteins work in conjunction with protein chains that carry electrons that play a role in metabolism energy. In addition, vitamin C in adolescents must be fulfilled because vitamin C is a reducing agent, so iron will be retained in ferrous form so that it is more easily absorbed. This study aims to determine the relationship between consumption levels of Fe, protein, and vitamin C with hemoglobin levels in female students at 2 MTSN Ngemplak, Boyolali Regency. This type of research is observational with cross-sectional method, with total sample of 51 respondents. Sampling uses the Quota Sampling technique. Data on hemoglobin levels obtained from examinations carried out by laboratory officers and normality of the data were tested using kolmogorov smirnov for data on levels of fe, protein and vitamin C intake and tested differences with Rank Spearman. The results of the univariate were obtained by the Ngemplak MTSN student in Boyolali Regency who had an anemia hemoglobin level of 64.7%. Bivariate results showed a correlation between Fe consumption level and hemoglobin level with a sig value of 0,000, the relationship between protein consumption level and hemoglobin level sig 0,000, consumption of vitamin C with hemoglobin level with sig 0,003. There is a relationship between the level consumption of Fe, protein, and vitamin C with hemoglobin levels in students at MTSN ngemplak Boyolali Regency.
