Abstract

This research have a purpose to analyze and prove the influence of management control system, performance measurement system, and system of reward of the performance unit manager. Object this research is on Rumah Sakit Bhakti Asih Kabupaten Brebes. Sample in this research unit is many 55 manager who works in the Rumah Sakit Bhakti Asih Kabupaten Brebes. Technique the sample used sample jenuh. The data used was primary data with the metods survey by spreading the questionnaire to respondents. The method of analysis the data used was regression analysis linear multiple with on the SPSS 22. The results showed that the management control system had a (statistically significant) effect on the performance unit manager, while the performance measurement system and system of reward had (statitically no significant) effect on the performance unit managers Rumah Sakit Bhakti Asih Kabupaten Brebes.
