Abstract

The goal of the research is to analyze about the relationship between the level of education, experience and income with motivational employee done on employees of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) of Surakarta. This type of research is empirical research by using metod. As for the population of this research are all employees of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) of Surakarta as many as 110 people. sample as many as 86 employees. The technique of sampling by convenience sampling techniques of data analysis. with multiple linear regression. The results showed levels of education associated with employee motivation, with value t calculate of 2.734 greater than ttabel of 1, 989dan the value significance of 0.008 < 0.05 so that (H1) is received. Experience related to employee motivation, with value t calculate of 3.839 greater than ttabel of 1, 989dan the value significance of 0.000 < 0.05 so (H2) are accepted. Income related to employee motivation, with value t calculate of 6.363 greater than ttabel of 1, 989dan of significance value 0.000 < 0.05 so that (H3) accepted. Level of education, experience and income related to the motivation of working karyawandengan the value of Fhitung is greater than Ftabel 31.436 amounted to 2, 71dan significance value 0.000 < 0.05 so (H4) accepted.
