Abstract
Level challenge to future in globalization era, hence education of Indonesia need new paradigm matching with demand, change and growth of epoch. Demand to quality of education becomes all important condition to be able to answer change challenge and that growth. Responsibility management of education shall no longer be shouldered only by government but is also charged upon by society, old fellow and school. Size measure quality of education do not only seen from just achievement of academic that is in the form of test value but influence result of education for everyday life, even include dimension which far that is responsibility social of politics and culture. To develop to education which with quality in school face many constraint for example 1) accountabilities in management of education to society still is very low, because is overweening of him predominate central government in micro management of education; 2). Usage of resource is not optimal inefficient and because of lowering of education budget and system management of budget which centrally; 3). Participation of society still lowers though historically role and also society in development of education in Indonesia very big; 4). School unable to follow changed that happened in its environment (Norcholis, MBS. 2003). Pursuant to mentioned above, hence interesting research focus to be studied is how accountabilities management of education of base in SDN Pati Kidul 01 District of Pati Sub-Province Pati ? Method wearied in studying accountabilities management of education of base in SDN Pati Kidul 01 is research of ethnography (qualitative), where primary data taken away from result of interview, observation/documentation and perception from some key information. Key information consist of some people namely Lead Branch on duty Education of local District, Chief Committee of SDN Pati Kidul 01, Headmaster of SDN Pati Kidul 01 and one of teacher of SDN Pati Kidul 01. Some result of finding of research in accountabilities management of education of base in SDN Pati Kidul 01 for example 1) enable ness with defrayal of education in school utilize the make-up of quality of education, 2) Enable ness with role and also society in defrayal of education in school, 3) Role and also society with defrayal of education.
