Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Leverage, Company Size, Liquidity, and Company Growth againt Corporate value . The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The data in this study is secondary data and data obtained from there www.idx.go.id. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling technique with the number of samples of 40 property and real estate companies in 2014-2016. Data analysis technique used logistic regression analysis using SPSS version 22 program. The findings shown that profitability, leverage has significant effect to corporate value while company size, liquidity, and company growth has significant effect to corporate value.
