Abstract

Juwana Grilled Milkfish is one of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) engaged in the business of milkfish spines pull in Pati. The demand of products in SMEs Juwana Grilled Milkfish has increased from year to year. So, the need of raw materials is higher and higher. Besides, it needs good strategy to get good quality and good price of raw materials. This research Green Productivity (GP) approach, because GP is good concept to increase environmentally productivity. GP approach is used for waste reduction, material management and increased productivity. To fulfill the goal of GP, this research use the calculation of productivity, clean production schemes, filtration, fitoremediasi, laboratory test and comparison of result. Based on the research, it is found out that the two experiments of waste reduction by using two methods, filtration and fitoremediasi. The result of two experiments, can reduce the chemical content of the waste from the cleaning of milkfish. After the research use material management, the productivity of SMEs increase from 1,35% to 1,46% because material management adds cheap and good raw materials for the nugget during the process.
