Abstract

The development of a very modern era today, giving many impacts on Indonesian society no exception for the students. Students who are educated have a role and role as agents of change in society, so it is expected to increase the quality of society in all aspects. The society's expectation on students as the driving force of moral power is able to improve morality in society, especially among the students themselves. But the reality that exists in society today, it seems to decrease from year to year, it can be seen from the many actions of students who are against the moral, such as cheating, drinking alcohol and others. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between religiosity by exposing the symptoms of moral anxiety, the cause of moral immorality, the function of moral anxiety, aspects of moral anxiety and moral anxiety factors. Subjects in this study were taken by purposive random sampling UMS Psychology students aged 18 to 24 years, Islamic and unmarried as many as 50 students. The results of this study indicate that there is a very significant positive relationship between religiosity and moral anxiety. This was conducted with the from the point of view from an analysis of the linear regression where R square = ( 0,525 ).Based on the results of the analysis can be concluded that religiosity contribute as much as 52,5 % of moral anxiety.
