Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the Effect of Transformational Leadership on Private Junior High School Teacher Performance: The Role of Mediating Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Jembrana Bali. The sample in this study amounted to 100 teachers using a questionnaire for data collection. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a positive and significant effect of Transformational leadership on Organizational Citizhenship Behavioral. 2) No There is a Transformational leadership influence on Performance. 3) There is a positive and significant influence of Organizational Citizhenship Behavioral on Performance. 4) The results of direct and indirect influences above, it can be concluded that the use of Organizational Citizhenship Behavioral variables as mediating variables to improve teacher performance is effective Keywords: Transformational leadership, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Performance
