Abstract

This final examination to analyze the project schedule, time and cost of the project, the project scheduled completed in 34 weeks, However in implementation, there are still things that reduce the performance of the process from the 19 to the 34 week, and rescheduling used CPM. This method has several stages, First stage of the literature study. Second stage is data collection. Third stage processing of the data obtained. Fourth stage analyzed. And last stage make conclusions and suggestions. Analyzing results for the 34 weeks. Begin the 1 week till the 8 week project on schedule, on the 9 week to the 16 week the project experienced has a delay and can be returned in the 18th week, At 18 week the project was implemented quicker than the planned schedule, for the following week the project should be better than the planned schedule but the project has decreased performance in the 19 week. At 27 week and 28 week. The researcher make rescheduling starting from the 19 week, for the following week and could run better and finish earlier than the planned schedule, researchers make 3 alternatives to accelerate the implementation of work from the work that made rescheduling. Of the 3 alternatives made based on the time of acceleration, namely acceleration 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks. In the first week, the additional cost is Rp. 31,888,000. The second week is an additional fee of Rp. 61,442,285.71 in the 3 week of Rp. 118,219,142 and if the project is 1 week late it is subject to sanctions of Rp. 58,112,975
