Abstract

An agreement is an act whereby one person or more ties himself to one another or more. The agreement between PT.Go-Jek and the Go-Jek Driver is a partnership agreement. The main principle of the partnership agreement is the existence of an element of equality. In this case, PT. Go-Jek and Go-Jek drivers should have the same position. However, the go-ahead driver remains the party under the partnership agreement with PT. Go-Jek because of various rules made unilaterally by the company. Because go-ahead drivers are partners not workers, they do not get legal protection as labor, but legal protection as binding parties in an agreement.
