Abstract
Bullying behavior occurs a lot in schools both from elementary level to the highest level and can occur in male and female students. This study aims to understand and describe the confidence in students who are victims of bullying. This research was conducted in one of the private junior high schools in Parungkuda, Sukabumi. Subjects or informants in this study amounted to 5 (five) junior high school students who were victims of bullying. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with a phenomenological research model, data collection using semi-structured interviews. Data analysis techniques used in this study are interactive data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that of the 5 (five) students who are victims of bullying have different selfconfidence. Especially in every aspect of self-confidence itself. Some are confident in something and some don't. Vice versa. Factors that can influence self-confidence in students who are victims of bullying are divided into 2, internal and external. Internal are: talent, future orientation, subject personality, motivation, while external factors are: friends, teachers, and the school environment.
