Abstract

This study aims to find out, 1) the development of adobe flash video learning media material for earthquake disasters, 2) the level of knowledge of students on the VII grade earthquake material in MTS Negeri 6 Boyolali. This research is a research and development (R & D) that uses Borg and Gall development models. Video learning media using Adobe Flash software obtained the final product in the form of learning products. The research design was based on the design of QuasiExperimental Group Pretest-Postes design, Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Development of Adobe Flash video learning products through the validation stage by media experts and materials that showed an average score of 4.3 and final product assessment by respondents showed a score of 4.7 and included in the "GOOD" category. Data analysis techniques in this study use the T test (t-test). Data analysis techniques in this study used the T (t-test) the difference in the average value of students knowledge og earthquake disaster material in the experimental class 63,75 pre-test result and post-test increased with an average score of 82,90 while the average pre-test value in the control class 66,28 2 experienced an increase in the post-test of 79,09, after using adobe flash video learning media. T (t-test) data test result on the pre-test and post-test showed a significant value of 0,00 < 0,05 so that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted so that the use og adobe flash video learning media material of earthquake disaster in class VII in MTS Negeri 6 Boyolali can increase students knowledge.
