Abstract

The important role of developing flats in the current era is very much needed. The government must move quickly in the construction of flats, this is due to the large population and lack of availability of residential land so that flats are one solution to prevent slums and unhealthy settlements. However, the fact is that the planned flats are less than optimal in providing facilities and infrastructure, one of which is the lack of facilities for children as one of the residents of the flats. The purpose of this approach is to make the concept of planning and designing a friendly apartment for children as one of the apartment residents, which emphasizes the concept of green building, so that flats can make a place for children who occupy vertical housing together so that they remain creative and activities such as the environment of children in general, as well as making a building so that it can become a whole and harmonious unity with the surrounding environment, so as not to damage the environment. This apartment is designed to have 2 building blocks consisting of 96 units / blocks, and has various supporting facilities such as clinics equipped with pharmacies, mosques, stall, playgrounds, children's and adult sports fields, and children's reading rooms.
