Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of authoritarian leadership style on the performance of employees of PT. Asia Paramita Indah Tbk. Mandom in Surakarta. To test and analyze the influence of organizational communication on employee performance PT. Asia Paramita Indah Tbk. Mandom in Surakarta. To test and analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance of PT. Asia Paramita Indah Tbk. Mandom in Surakarta. To test and analyze the effect of jointly between authoritarian leadership style, organizational communication, and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Asia Paramita Indah Tbk. Mandom in Surakarta. Population taken in this research is employees of PT. Asia Paramita Indah Tbk. Mandom in Surakarta and sampling technique using quota sampling technique 64 employees and this employee will be selected with criteria of respondents. The results of this study note that the variable of Authoritarian Leadership Style has a negative but not significant influence on employee performance. Organizational Communication Variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Job motivation variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The result of F test shows the variable of Authoritarian Leadership Style, Organizational Communication and Work Motivation influence together to employee performance. The result of determination coefficient test (R2) obtained result of adjusted R square (R2) is obtained 0,348, mean variation of change of performance variable can be explained by variable of Authoritarian Leadership Style, Organizational Communication and Work Motivation have positive effect to performance equal to 34,8%. While the rest of 65.2% explained by other variables outside the model.
