Abstract

Hydraulic lift cylinder is a component that serves to lift and lower the arm using oil fluid as the media. This analysis aims to determine the types of damage, the cause of damage, knowing the steps of repair hydraulick lift cylinder on wheel loader XGMA XG955H. The inspection procedure is done visually on hydraulic hose, control valve, working pump, pilot jet / joy stick and cylinder hydraulick. Further analysis of damage of hydraulick lift cylinder using fishbone diagram to analyze the cause of damage to hydraulic lift cylinder. Result of damage analysis on hydraulic lift cylinder, damage to seal, pin and pilot jet / joy stick that impact on wheel worker XGMA XG955H become not maximal. Repair steps are done by replacing the damaged components and cleaning all components of the dirt. Precautions by running daily check and preventive maintenance procedures.
