Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence, product, and service quality on customer loyalty to Indomart in Pabelan Surakarta. Samples taken in the study are 100 respondents who spend in Indomart Pabelan Surakarta. The analysis method used is the analysis of validity, reliability test, and classical test and multiple linier regression test. Based on the results found it can be said that price, product and service quality have a positive and significant influence on loyalty. In the model formed variable price, product, and service quality able to explain loyalty variable equal to 54.7% and the rest 45,3% still influenced by
