Abstract

Along with the development of technology that continues to grow, many advances in all fields, especially in the electronic field. One of them is in terms of buying and selling online. So the transaction activities are certainly through online media, because it is necessary at this time we pay attention to the aspects of electronic transaction activities based on the perspective of Islamic law and in its legal aspects especially so that the rights and obligations of both parties can be guaranteed. Based on Islamic law, buying and selling will be more beneficial. Because the law of nature is essentially very upholding the benefits for humanity and keeping things that are not useful. Electronic transactions are very easy and efficient, but in its activities often many parties feel disadvantaged, both consumers and producers. Therefore it is necessary to have legal protection for the parties in conducting electronic transactions, so that the parties feel calm and safe in conducting electronic transaction activities. So that electronic transaction activities in Indonesia can run smoothly and the parties feel guaranteed protection.
