Abstract

This study aims to, (1) Describe the implementation of land leasing agreements using village cash in Gentan Village, Susukan District, Semarang Regency, (2) Describe the rights and obligations of each party in the context of pedestrians to rent land using land in Gentan Village, Susukan District Semarang, (3) Describe the legal responsibilities of carrying out one of the Parties in the context of the land by using land in the village of Gentan, Susukan District, Semarang Regency. This research is based on legal research conducted with a qualitative non-doctrinal approach. The location of this research is Gentan Village, Susukan District, Semarang Regency. The analytical tool used in this study is qualitative analysis with interactive data analysis methods. The results of the study show that copyright is to accept cash payments, and also to supervise the activities of the tenants in accordance with their designation. While the obligation, which is to spread to tapping for agricultural activities, together with tenants the object of the relationship can be easy by the tenant in accordance with the designation. While the tenant's right is money, he obtains, that during the period of the lease agreement will not get the purpose, right, or dummy in any form from other parties who have the right in advance or have rights to the object of the agreement, while the obligation, namely: during rental, The tenant strives to distribute the lease rights to other parties, all costs arising from land leased by the tenant, and is responsible for all damages that occur during the lease term, unless the tenant can prove that the damage occurred not due to a fault of tenant, while the rental period ends, the tenant is obliged to repair the land rented to the village government in an empty and good condition. Then the form of legal responsibility for the party that defaults is compensation with certain agreements, and cancellations.
