Abstract
Learning system recognized letters and numbers currently using learning methods that were only teacher-centered, conventional and lack of used of media in learning activities recognized letters and numbers, that making children less active in learning and less attentive to teachers when delivering material. This study purposed to develop and test the properness of interactive learning based on media animation for introduction of letters and numbers recognition in BA Aisyiyah Tejobang Simo Boyolali. This research used the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model with the Research and Development (R & D) method. The subjects of this study were 13 students of group B in BA Aisyiyah Tejobang Simo Boyolali, material experts and media experts. Data collection techniques used an assessment questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis techniques in the form of both qualitative and quantitative data with SPSS version 23.0 software. The results research showed that the development of interactive learning based on media animation for introduction of letters and numbers on children in BA Aisyiyah Tejobang Simo Boyolali showed valid results with an average percentage of 58.97%. Score of media expert media was 75.83%, average percentage score of material expert was 92.425%. Convenience item was not valid (r = 0.433), attractiveness item was valid (r = 0.553) and clarity item was valid (r = 0.625), also those three items were reliable with Cronbach’s Alpha score was 0.807. Interactive learning based on media animation for introduction of letters and numbers on children in BA Aisyiyah Tejobang Simo Boyolali is valid and proper of being used as a learning media.
