Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Effect of teaching style by teachers to the interest of learning in students class XI Accounting SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono academic year 2017/2018. (2) The intensity of teacher communication with students on the interest of learning in the students of class XI Accounting SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono academic year 2017/2018. (3) The influence of teacher teaching style and the intensity of teacher communication with students together towards the interest of learning in the students of class XI Accounting SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono academic year 2017/2018. The population used in this study is the students of class XI Accounting SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono, this study used 72 students. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The data test was conducted on 13 students of Class XI Accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. Test the prerequisite analysis using the test of normality and linearity. Data analysis which used was multiple regression analysis, F test, t test, r2 test, Relative Contribution and Effective Contribution. The conclusions that can be drawn from this research are: (1) Influence Teacher Teaching Style to Interest Learning. This is proven based on regression analysis that get tcount>ttable that is 4,552> 2,003. (2) Teacher's Intensity with Students Against Learning Interest. This is proven based on regression analysis which obtained tcount>ttable that is 0.649<2.003. (3) The Influence of Teachers' Teachers and Teacher Communication Intensity With Students Affecting Learning Interests. It is proven based on regression analysis which get Fcount>Ftable which is 10,809> 3,160. (4) Variable Teaching Style Teachers provide a Relative Contribution of 91.55% and Effective Contribution of 25.5%, while the Communication Intensity variable provides a Relative Contribution of 8.45% and Effective Contribution of 2.4%. (5) Calculation Results R2 obtained a value of 0.279, which means that 27.9% of learning interest is influenced by the teacher's teaching style and the intensity of teacher communication with students, while the remaining 72.1% is influenced by other variables outside the study.
