Abstract

Minimum Service Standards on Pharmaceutical service included , patient satisfaction > 80% and waiting time of extemporaneous compounding service also waiting time of non extemporaneous compounding (< 30 and < 60 minutes). Waiting time is a problem that is still prevalent in health care practice, and one of the potential components caused dissatisfaction is waiting for a long time. This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between patient satisfaction with waiting time in Pharmacy at RSUD Dr. Loekmono Hadi Kudus. The research is an analytical research based on cross sectional approach. The study sample are 150 respondens. The inclusion are the patient / family of outpatients with age > 17 years who have redeemed the prescription of Pharmacy Installation in RSUD Dr. Loekmono Hadi Kudus on February-April 2018. The technique of collecting data waiting time of drug is data collecting sheet and stopwatch and also to know the data of patient satisfaction scores used questionnaire that has been validated. Data were analyzed by chi square. Based on the results of the study showed that the existence of relationship between patient service waiting time in outpatient with patient satisfaction to service at RSUD Dr. Loekmono Hadi Kudus is shown with p value = 0,000. The average of patient service waiting time in outpatient of RSUD Dr. Loekmono Hadi Kudus to extemporaneous compounding for 95,32 + 18,5 minutes and non extemporaneous compounding for 36,33 + 15,52 minutes and more than SPM (> 60 and > 30 minutes) and the level of satisfaction is in accordance with the SPM is 80.93% (> 80%).
