Abstract

SIMRS is a system that support decision making for management in determining strategies to achieve hospital implementation goals. Evaluation of SIMRS medical record division in Dr.Tjitrowardojo hospital has not been done, because to change it must wait the programer who made the system. So, multiple patient medical record numbers can not be detected. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the management information system of the medical record division at the Dr Tjitrowardojo hospital. The study with task technology fit analysis method. The results showed that SIMRS had not fulfilled seven criteria for SIMRS in the medical record division there are the management of the patient's main index criteria was still the occurrence of double medical records, the management of classification and coding criteria had not been used dagger (+) and asterisk (*), management criteria for admission, transfer, and dyscharge, the process has not run on time because of implementation problem that have not been real time, management of bed management criteria, TPPRI officers are constrained by clean bed processes that have not been successful so that officers cannot take patients in the inpatient room, management of traching system criteria using manual processes, management of real audit criteria is limited to qualitative analysis of inpatient medical record files, management of agreement system criteria in Dr. Tjitrowardojo for outpatients is an online registration system.
