Abstract

Health service is an effort which is held individual or collaborative in an organization to maintain and improve person, families, groups and society health. This health service effort needs to pay attention in the health facilities because it will be a benchmark to determine the quality of health service available. Puskesmas is an example of health service in the first extent of a region. Puskesmas Delanggu is located at Sabrang , Delanggu sub district, Klaten regency. The research was held in 2018 aims to: (1) Research the level of health service quality in Puskesmas Delanggu sub district. (2) Research factors that determine the level of health service quality in Puskesmas Delanggu sub district. The research method are survey and interview, the samples are taken by using Purposive Sampling include Quota Sampling. The results showed that the level of quality of services provided by Delanggu Public Health Centers was said to be good. The research shows that the majority age of visitors in Puskesmas Delanggu are in productive age from fifteen to sixty-four years old. The majority education background of visitors are Senior High School. The majority profession of visitors are non-state employee. The average income of the visitors ranges from five hundred thousand rupiah to one million five hundred thousand rupiah a month, the majority characteristic of patient are middle level society.
