Abstract
Wonogiri Regency is a Regency (kabupaten) that has the same problems as the other counties, namely the issue of allocating the garbage that less than optimal. In this case the author of the menyajiakan an insert in which the optimization of Resource Allocation Site waste into POLLING STATIONS. Wonogiri Regency Has 35 POLLING STATIONS scattered in wonogiri Regency with the Volume of garbage per day/230M3 day where population is directly proportional to the volume of trash. Ratio of the Volume of garbage/month is obtained by dividing the volume of trash M3 multiplied the number of days divided by population (people), litter everyone 7.3 liters/person per day was 0, 0073m3/soul. From here the necessary optimization of distance between the POLLING STATIONS with fewer garbage so that trash can be handled properly and fairly. This calculation method using P-Median and using lingo 11.0 software as a tool to solve the problem of location, allocation of trash in wonogiri Regency. The results of this research with the matrix of distances there are still some unofficial POLLING STATIONS in operation and less than optimal. Research results using the Software Lingo 11 i.e. optimizing the distance between the source of the waste to the POLLING STATION with the nearest distance.
