Abstract

Science learning using conventional media can make students tired and passive in learning. Teachers need to develop an interest, effective and efficient learning media. This research aims to develop and test the feasibility of science learning media based interactive multimedia. Research methods used in this was research and development (Research and Development) to produce science learning media based interactive multimedia. The results showed the development of science learning media based interactive multimedia got the percentage from expert material validation around 92% with very proper criteria, the results from media expert validation about 77% with proper criteria, the percentage from teachers assessment were 81% with proper criteria, and the results of the assessment from students of the percentage 88% with very proper criteria very. Based on the results of validation and assessment that has been retrieved, it can be concluded that the science learning media based interactive multimedia at the fifth grade elementary school was very proper used as an interesting learning media for students.
