Abstract

The aim of this research to analyze influence of analyze the influence of promotion, price, customer satisfaction and brand image on the repurchase decision of online shopping (student case study at Faculty of Economics and Business of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta). The population of this research is all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The technique sampling in this research is purposive sampling by take 100 respondences based on criteria. Data collection method using field study in form of personal questionnaire. Analysis tools in this research uses multiple linear regression. Based on the result are found some finding, the first is the first is the promotion significant effect on purchasing decision, the second is the price has a significant effect on the repurchase decision, the third is the customer satisfaction has significant effect on the repurchase decision, and the fourth is the brand image has an effect significant to repurchase decision.
