Abstract
This study aims to develop a peep business approach Business Model Canvas, in addition to developing the business using the BMC, this research aims to design business strategies in the industry voyeur using BMC and SWOT analysis. The benefits of this research is to assist businesses in determining business strategy voyeur in business development, donated understanding of BMC and SWOT analyzes on improving the business. Analyzing data obtained by the (observation, interviews and questionnaires). BMC analysis method used to describe, visualize, assess and change its business model into 9 blocks. Benefits of using the BMC on the company is easy to find out the overall strengths and weaknesses of the business and process needs analysis will be done quickly. The results using methods BMC and SWOT analysis obtained business strategy as follows: on strategy SO earned strategy (1) retain the use of garlic as main ingredients and raw materials selection as a characteristic of the product voyeur, (2) opening a new outlet can be used as an opportunity to can reach customers, and (3) recruit new employees by giving pelatian and skills in order to keep the quality of the product. In WO strategy (1) to register the product in BPOM, (2) replace the product packaging, (3) create a sense of innovation. ST Strategy (1) create a more varied voyeur, (2) working with agents of raw materials. WT Strategy (1) maintaining customer loyalty, (2) giving rebates, (3) promoting products voyeur.
