Abstract

The research is conducted (1) to describe funds distribution in education sector at LAZISMU Solo, (2) to describe an implication of funds distribution in education sector on public accountability. Type of this research is qualitative research, with cases studies on design research. The results find out that the decision in distributing educational zakat based on ideology and sociology factors. The distribution of educational zakat by LAZISMU Solo based on funds distribution procedure has not applied optimaly. The distribution of zakat educational fund based on UU NO. 23 years 2011, according to chapter II article 25 and 26 that based priority scale “fakir” also “miskin” for educational considering with principal of distribution. It is the average of result on all education level, include its every cost and the parting areas. The implication of the distribution program in educational sector was increased study motivation, which proven by receiver that none have low score on KKM. The responsibility of LAZISMU Solo is fulfilled among public rights on the organization and its financial work. Actually run with media whether mgazine, article, social media as public information. It has function as public aspiration, critics, and advise. The recommendation from this research are management, accountability, and distribution concept need to remaximal with any efective and devotion program.
