Abstract

This study aims to give an idea of how much influence the number of unemployed, the number of population, Literacy Rate on the levelt poverty in Bali in 2007-2015. The data used in the form of secondary data in the form of data on the number of unemployed, total population, Literacy Rate and poverty rate in 2007-2015. Analysis of the data used in this study is a panel data analysis tool with the method used by Random Effect Model. The panel data method combines time series data and cross section. The variables used are the number of unemployed, total population, literacy rate, poverty level in 9 districts/cities in Bali in 2007-2015. The results showed that the unemployment variable (UNP) had a non-significant positive effect on the level of poverty, the population (JP) had a non-significant negative effect on the level of poverty, and the literacy rate (AMH) had a significant negative effect on the level of poverty. This means that if the literacy rate increases, the poverty rate will decrease.
