Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work environment, job skills and compensation for employee performance in Catering Putri Citra. Population in this research is all employee Catering Putri Citra which amounted to 70 people and the sample used in this research is all employee amounting to 70 people and Sampling in this research using simple random sampling technique. Analyzer used multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results that have been described in the previous chapter researchers can take the conclusion that the work environment variables have a significant effect on employee performance, so the higher the work environment the better the performance of employees. Work skills have a significant influence on employee performance, so the higher the skills the better the performance of employees. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, so the higher the compensation the better the performance of employees. Together variables work environment, work skills and compensation jointly to employee performance in Catering Putri Citra.
