Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Original Local Government Revenue, Special Allocation Fund, General Allocation Fund and Profit Sharing Fund to Human Development Index with Allocation of Capital Expenditure as Intervening Variable.The population in this research are PAD, DAK, DAU, DBH, Capital Expenditure and IPM in districts / cities at Central Java province in 2011-2014. The sample in this research amounting 21x4 years or 84. Sampling method using purposive sampling technique. In this research to analyze the data using multiple linear regression model. The results of this research indicate that PAD and DAK affect the human development index, while DAU and DBH have no effect on human development index, and then PAD and DAK do not affect the human development index through the allocation of capital expenditure budget, while DAU and DBH affect the human development index through the allocation of capital expenditure.
