Abstract
The purpose of this study includes 1) Testing the integrity of coffee shop food in Solo towards consumer satisfaction. 2) Testing affects the quality of the coffee shop in Solo towards customer satisfaction. 3) Test the promotion price of coffee shop in Solo on customer satisfaction. The population in this study were consumers who had done and made purchases at a shop in Solo and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, while the sample in this study amounted to 107 respondents. The results of this study prove that the variable quality of food hygiene has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Service quality variables have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Price promotion variables have a significant difference to customer satisfaction. The result of F test shows that the significant count is 0,000, the things that are meaningful are the variables of food quality, service quality and promotion. Thus the results can be in the form of fit.
