Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Performance. This research is designed survey with employee accountancy respondents who work in PT. Jamu Air Mancur Karanganyar. Population in this research is all employee of accounting PT. Jamu Air Mancur Karanganyar. The sampling technique in this research use saturated sampling technique, that is the entire population is taken as sample. The total number of respondents who participated were at 42 employees. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression model using SPSS version 22. The result showed that Motivation and Work Discipline have no effect on Employee Performance, while Work Environment and Compensation Affect Employee Performance.
