Abstract

Analysis quality of multiple choice questions is essential to obtain good judgment and allows to obtain information good or not that item and at the same time obtain instructions to repairing the problem and to identify the problem with good category, less good and bad. This research to find out quality of try out the national exam for science subject Junior High School at Boyolali districts which includes validity, level of difficulty, diferentiator power, distractor effectiveness and reliability. The method use in this research is descriptive quantitative with probability sampling. Data were analyzed by descriptive quantitative. The results of this research is the questions about package A and package B is low, the level of difficulty about package A and package B is less good because the lesson are difficult. The differentiating power of packet A and packet B is quiet good. The effectiveness outbreaks of both packages works well and the reliability of both packages is very low.
