Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of word of mouth, trust and product quality to decision of purchasing smartphone user in Boyolali. The type of research is quantitative research, with a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling using convention-purposive sampling technique. Technique of collecting data of this research through questionnaire with skallalikert. The method of analysis used is the test of validity, reliability, classical assumption test, and multiple linear analysis. Result shows partially variable word of mouth, trust and product quality have positive and significant effect to decision of purchase. In the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained 0.506 result means the variables of word of mouth (X1), trust (X2) and product quality (X3) able to explain variation of purchasing decision variable (Y) of 0.506 or 50.6%, and the rest described other variables which is not in the model
